Have just finished reading all my google alerts on BHP and to summarise:
All agree record profit again, but expectations run from 41 to 49% increase in profit.
Expected increase in share buybacks.
Poss increase in divs.
Only worry mentioned is increase in running costs which is right across the resource sector and the feeling was this is all ready factored in as BHP has been punished a bit lately.
Holding in the FTSE at the moment and all metals green.
So now we wait for the morning......
