    Tietto need's to to stop coming up with surprises and let a little confidence return to the smaller traders. Started back in August 2020 when the shares were at .70 and they issued 91 million at .62, followed by November 2021, 218 million at .39 and March 2022, 250 million at .50. We keep getting knocked over every time we stand up.
