Yes 290 was talked about a bit last April? as a possible development option but things may have changed.
TAP is still a good chance at heading into the $1s over 2015, but like always, we are going to need some luck. Down here at $100m market cap and maybe $50m of debt we are probably a takeover target - if anyone cares.
No one seems to show much interest in TAP though, it's been a perennial under performer for many years, maybe a name change would help.
