    I see Jason Peterson has loaded up with 65 million shares. He has got to be confident in AWD. CPS organised the CR for AWD, Jason keeps 20% of the available stock for himself (65 mil out of 333 mil shares in the CR). We only know about Jason because he got more than 5%, how many others of the CPS team kept shares for themselves? It's not like as underwriters they had to take them, I got scaled back so it was fully subscribed/over subscribed and they are on his account not CPS's anyway.
