After advice I have recieved there is no way that the appeal will be upheld. The precedence it would send through the O&G industry would be catastrophic. The government determination awarded the NT to OBL but the KLC appealed all bve it late but it was heard. The government are not going to change their minds and the courts will not change their minds. It will all happen soon.
We know Neil, he will have the drilling program ready to go and a major farm in partner to announce.
