I don't think focus cares if spp is fully subscribed or not as any shortfall will be fulfilled by Azzure. As I have mentioned previously small shareholders do not really matter,only HNI's/Inst's do. I was excited when PW left top position and his post was filled by a financial engg, these are the guys who make themsilves heard in groups that matter, We have no doubt that FML has potential(a lot I think) but marketing in right corners is very crucial, I feel we are on right track now.
Regarding target, If focus manages to be hedge free/Debt free, fully functional mill, huge increase in reserves (600/700 koz), and producing 100k/oz by 2011/12, I dont think 0.3 c is impossible.
