Hi Clancy,

It's my understanding that the directors are in the position of having various information that preclude them from purchasing shares on market.

However, what would be the reaction if they purchased shares while negotiations are continuing with various parties and a transaction was announced "shortly thereafter" of a JV/Financing/BOA or "other".

Our directors are not those sort of people.

They have INTEGRITY and would not sully their reputations with that sort of behaviour. That's GAURANTEED.

New PFS/JORC and MD are the blink of the eye away in the scheme of things imo and we should all be as excited as a 3 year old the weeks before Christmas
