For CETO 3, they only had to see evidence that pressurised water was being pumped. This time they have a lot more to assess. Perhaps they may release information in stages. Being a multi device array, it is far more complex than the fairly basic trial they conducted before.

Or they may not release anything until they have the all singing, all dancing, kit and caboodle up and running.

One thing they probably won't do, is release any negative findings along the way until after they are rectified.
