So why were they so keen on suspending ISX?
ASIC could have conducted investigations without a suspension and that's why ISX gave examples of 13 other companies to highlight the normal process (i.e. not to suspend).
They clearly must have had something to gain from ISX being suspended and that's nothing to do with keeping the market informed of anything because they had no information to inform the market; rather they were hoping to find information to inform the market. That's just a smokescreen.
JK has hinted the real reason will eventually come out in court but I don't know what it is and how confident he is.
