I find it most surprising (and illuminating) that @naomhan responds to you yet doesnt respond directly to me who has put forward a genuine offer.

I am well aware of the timeline to complete such a deal and the clock is ticking……..…

leads me to think that he doesn’t hold the shares that he claims to have.

I’m happy to invest another $6k
