At any rate, I prefer to think of JK as a "great leader" rather than a great manager.

5. Passionate (rather than apathetic) R
6. Original (rather than conventional) R
7. Trendsetter (rather than an imitator) R
8. Bright (rather than dull) R
9. Accessible (rather than unapproachable) R
10. Direct (rather than conventionally polite) R
11. Risk tolerant (rather than risk averse) R
12. Chaotic (rather than orderly) R
13. ....

If you want conventional management, buy shares in CBA, WBC, AMP.

If you want a chance at the real money buy a number of companies with management that fill the above 10 criteria. Some may fail, but if you just get one......
