I have a copy of the email and a personal response from management. This particular version was sent directly to major shareholders and analysts back at the end of July. So I imagine it has received a fair bit of scrutiny since.

I agree that some of the information mentioned is factual (ie names of staff etc) but none of the allegations have a basis in fact.

The timing is also very interesting - it sounds like exactly what I would be circulating if I were a shorter - an anonymous unverified email making outlandish claims.
