As for the Turnberry acquition...you are correct with the numbers...and yes, the $15m will be satisfied via shares at the going rate at the time.

If I were Smyth, I would wait until at least one of the key oil blocks had been awarded to maximise the share price at the time of the scrip settlement.

In fact, given how keen the locals are for CVI to take over North Matanda (they approached him), I would not be at all surprised to learn Smyth was using it as a bargaining chip...give us Kwanza and/or the Niger Delta and we settle on Cameroon.
