what's the logic behind your theory, other then:

SP is closing down mostly at lowest level
Volume today 50-60% above average
SP -30% compared to ASX in 2010, see chart on MAK website
SP looks like to be hold down for much longer
SP is -15-20% for the year while most are up
Management has no guts and or money to exercise their own options at only $0,50 compared to Intersuise valuation at $1,74 !!
NSX traded 45.000 shares of MAK so far, speaking of a better understanding!!

While
RP is up 50-60% and heading towards $180-200 !!!
They are close to a Verte deal ( I presume )

BCD deal most likely to be profitable with soaring gold prices
TNT deal also promising
