anyone want to look at what GGG did after cap raising (now around 1$, very similar price just b4 i think.
went down a bit (placement was 25c?) nearly to that, then up 3 times in price like a rocket ;)

there are many examples, thats one i remember offhand.

this one prob wont drop mayb gap up(?), cos placement is higher than sp, not lower.

an institutional placement is what you want. it means serious players have confidence in the company.

dribbly retail offerings can be another matter. dilution and buying time to put off the inevitable (doom).

verte is definatley under the institutional header tho.

i wont be too strict about s/l following a cap raising,
and be looking for at least double/ maybe triple money b4 watching for exit signals.

and im a trader. im johnny. im not included in any merry xmas or happy new year to 'long term stock holders'.
