regulary read your posts and majority of the time they are quite informative, but seriosuly sifting through your anti management dribble every post is annoying, how about you change your signature block to reflect your anti management stance so we don't have to read it constantly.
Something like
"AD AD you don't get a vote from me" or
"MAK MAK management is a quack"
