Yes i believe the timeframe as quoted in LTR's last KV update early November was for another 2-4 months of drilling so that would mean the KV Mineral Resource Estimate update could be out by Jan 2020 or Feb.

I expect this upcoming MRE (in Dec or Feb) will show KV to be 150mt or higher which would all but guarantee a very significant and substantial valuation re-rating based on KV being the lastTier 1 and unencumbered Li deposit in Australia that is available to the highest bidder.

KV's deposit size is both strategically and operationally important to own if you are one of the top Li heavyweights like Albamarle, SQM, Tianqi or even the upcoming Wesfarmer. There could be other players on the sidelines as well.

The entity that ultimately ends up with KV will guarantee themselves future resource supply and also that would serve to lock out its competitors, and enables the KV owner to have greater control and influence on the Li market. This is a very strategic advantage and not to be dismissed and i believe the market missed this point and the MM are surppressing the sp as they wish. Would this mean a bidding war would take take for KV ? Why the intense sp manipulation of LTR sp ?

With $15mil cash, LTR could essentially go even further and prove up KV to 200mt - now that would only mean a valuation in the $billion mark.

Would the potential suitors allow LTR to get to that size of a 200mt deposit?
