Put the announcement in perspective.
On 7th February the announcement wasthat CVI was transferring its 79% of its interest in Longonjo and Ucua to Fortitude.
I exchange they would give CVI 15 million Fortitude shares taking CVI total to 22,518,885 shares.
This announcement confirms this...THATS ALL.
Fotitude now soley own Logonjo and Ucua.
Lets hope they develp them the way CVI want them too.
CVI now is at the beck and call of Fortitudes share price
