    9lives, personally i think we need news of something tangible like an actual offshore allocation.

    i think we have had enough announcement like todays one...
    eg enough deals with third parties, enough dilution, enough lack of detail, enough rehashing of old news etc.

    when i go fishing i start by burlying then i get on with the fishing....if all i did was the preparation, then i'd never catch a fish.
