I think old shareholders need to treat this company as a new entity with cash. The old business is gone and now ZYL is a cash box looking for a project, and knowing the guys behind the re-cap I can only say that it will be worth the wait as they have a lot of opportunities.
The structure is 5 times tighter so Dont be surprised if this thing flies when it lands a company making asset. I participated in the re-cap raising and would not have gone near this thing if it wasnt for the new management and their previous track record.
Good luck to all holders (especially those who got burnt previously on this thing!)
