May be they plan to use demo plant product to test the manufacturing equipment and production of first few batteries. Who knows?
Also like the comment from Old Gill where he mentions that BB was saying that AUZ will be using SKI credit rating to get finance.
AUZ is delaying BFS to accommodate SKI production schedule and SKI will be helping with faster delivery of autoclaves.
Bottom line is that things can be (and will be) done a bit differently if it benefits one partner and doesn't hurt the other one.
