While I'm a big believer in Cobalt, I believe Cobalt blue is wasting a lot of its potential by waiting till 2022 when there will be a lot of other cobalt producers (there are a lot of CanadIan companies) They should sell the unprocessed cobalt while building the plant. Then this company will really take off.
The cobalt price will at the very least stagnate by 2022 and free fall if new battery technologies come into the picture (in 7 years time, that is not a long shot, that makes Cobalt Blue's 20 year mine life almost worthless)
