Chances are high that either of the FMCG will update before the AGM.

Strategic Alliance is under technical evaluation. This is more than a month ago.
As soon as this company has checked their list of evaluation points official Alliance will, in all likelihood, be announced.
This process should not take longer than 2 months out of personal experience which I had stated on this forum when news came out. I still maintain that estimate which makes, from my perspective, an update regarding the Alliance likely to be prior to the AGM.

The drug in consumer acceptance testing was made public even longer ago and that is particular company is due for an update.
This can also cooincide or be earlier with the AGM.

Combined we have 2 companies due to update shortly plus the unknown factor as many other negotiating partners are in discussions who can surprise at any time.



Given these chances of an update, the worry over the option resolution might turn out to be of little importance when shareprice would be lifted by news.

In fact, and this part is speculative but not unlikely, I would not be surprised if management, which obviously wants this resolution to pass ( to some extend in their own interest ), would time it in excactly this fashion that news will be released prior to the date of the AGM and approval date for the resolution.
This would provide overwhelming support for all resolutions as all parties would be satisfied with the progress.


After all, only management would have a real understanding and estimate when next updates are to be released.
