This is not a reward for you or i as an option holder.

It is 1: a kick back to the top 4 or 5 option holders who have supported the company and 2: another way of rewarding the directors pre the big announcement.

I also think that the company making announcement will follow the AGM once all the rewards have been set. I would be very surprised if this happens before hand.

given that the option holders mentioned earlier need incentive/reward for the earlier investment.

and the arguement that it will dilute holding is a little excessive as it is next to nothing.

Wait for the consolidation next year.
