The 12th largest holder of ops as at Sept 30 was Glyn Denison with just under 2m. (a mere $36k worth) Imo not much when you consider he holds over 13m heads. A poster suggested yesterday that he'd doubled his total ops recently but I haven't seen any evidence of that.

At the end of the day I believe people are only confused because they haven't seen s/holders being rewarded in this manner. If one was really concerned about managements self-interests would it not be best to focus their attention to resolution 4?
