My understanding is that the placement of the 4 cents shares was completed last Friday and they are awaiting all the funds to be cleared before issuing the stock. I received an email offerring stock at 4 cents on the 19th September when the stock was trading at 5 cents but didn't apply at the time. The key question now will be where the 4 cent shares have gone.
