Is the stock being issued at the director's discretion or not?

If so, then they should use said discretion in light of the significantly changed circumstances!

Lets turn this around 180 degrees...

If the share price had tanked to a quarter of the price since the "offer" was made (thats 1c)...everyone would pull out on the grounds of significant changes in circumstance.

Such escape clauses are written into placement agreements with the sponsoring broker...they are standard terms.

I honestly believe MEU do not appreciate the damage this will do to the MEU brand...
