In my opinion there are two problems.
1 An unexplained short fall in revenue
2 Their off take company doesnt seem to bear the expense of their share of the project.
This might be explained in an accounting mistake between MRE and Glencore, since Glencore technically owns MRE,
in other words, trouble separating the two.
Prove me wrong.....
