Should be enough to "survive" on depending on the number of shares in your portfolio.
However I still suspect that a takeover is almost certain if vast reserves are proven up in Africa, South America or the Falklands.
Even if the major oil companys have to pay in excess of $5/ share it would offer better value than the risk rewards associated with the exploration and other costs.
Ted and the rest of the HDR team had the vision to put HDR into some exciting deep water exploration areas while the cost was "affordable" for a junior. Hopefully the shareholders will get to enjoy the benefit of any continued exploration success.
