I agree @markhughes , and respectfully so! But the question remains how we tread those dangerous waters (unless your view is it should be dropped completely).
I certainly don't think MSB should be taking it up, because you could just as easily argue they have a vested interest (ie another conflict) in the outcome.
That is why the investigative journalist route is presently the best route. In a 'freedom of speech' country, that external scrutiny is what is accepted as shining a proper light on the FDA.
