I have always posted about the “reality” of Chinese stranglehold and desires. You use the word “critical” . I don’t write to the company now that they have a valuation in the billions but if there is criticality we need to be fully informed as should be the case with any other material goings on that affect SP. Eg court cases over ownership.

IMO the whole thing with DRC and Chinese and past players and court cases is a complete mess and feel for NF having to sort everything out in this climate . At this stage it’s imperative that full and frank disclosure shadows events as they unfold .

There will have to be a negotiation IMO otherwise this will be stalled indefinitely . Still I would like a better understanding of what “critical” means .

No negotiations needed when Nige is consistently stating good legal title and adamant of 75% ownership of Dathcom and the DRC Govt is supportive and invites you as the only Li company to join the Battery Council as an inaugural member. AVZ holding the strongest position…..and stating the goings on are vexatious and have no legal merit and are immaterial…..strong words for a company that is bound by ASIC regulations and company directors who would be open to personal liabilities if what they state are not a true and accurate representations of AVZ’s position. Reflect on that.
