it’s not in strife . There is a contest over % ownership and the new claimant is appealing for negotiation . It’s flawed legally and morally totally but not without merit given political , financial and technical reality .

if you look at another way … if avz had to relent because the drc is effectively hamstrung with Chinese reliance and if FT wants progress before the election then 36% with all parties happy and cutting the turf tomorrow the sp of Avz would be 2+ which is what everyone wants . isn’t it??
