    yes, spot on (according to drc regs but how solidly can they be upheld in current climate ), But what happens when this point is upheld . Does Cath just pay up 24% and ignore zijin snub (snub of PRC strategic miner )? I don’t think so . Cath is instrumental to all Avz plans . They ate sitting on the fence atm but I know which side they will be on when they get off .
