In case you missed the ASX release. I see no possibility of the outcome you just posted. AVZ must have a minimum of 51% to be awarded a mining license. My best guess is that AVZ end up with 66% based on scenario 3 below. I don't believe DRC will allow illegal Zijin transaction to stand given the spotlight this would shine globally on doing business there.
