Conflict of interest ?

Small volume today...! To believe that more and more shareholders are not ready to be tricked into this indecent proposal with regard to the assets of DACIAN.

This proposal nevertheless poses the question of the conflict of interest for certain members of the board who insist on the quality of the GENESIS proposal, GENESIS which could (!) be their future employer.

That the board still in place does not forget that its primary role is to protect the interests of DACIAN shareholders and nothing else. It is true that if ASIC were a little more efficient, the management of DACIAN would perhaps pay more attention !!!
