Yes, quite correctly put, the rapidly sinking ship that was sold down by the board and their minions.
Thank god Niv and Freddy are onboard to create value for shareholders, without whom you'd be stuck in a private company that would likely have gone insolvent, or worse, could have all its IP taken out into another private company without shareholders being able to do a thing.
