By all reports Niv is a very nice guy but I think his judgement in all of this mess was misguided. Spending a fortune along with clients to get control at much higher prices was a big mistake given the new board have had six months plus and there are still no contracts and the cash burn is still high.
I hope for Niv's sake the new team are not taking him for a ride. Niv can't keep tipping in more and more money to keep paying for their wages.
