The headline to this thread is misleading.
The permit to drill is going to be approved in time, that is a given. Although some of the comments you made could be perceived as financial advice.
As we have all seen, the SP is fluctuating with traders at the moment and the only real catalyst for a solid increase will be when the official documents have been signed off on for approval.
Hopefully sooner rather than later, although this would still require almost daily calls to the BLM.
