G'day Domum Delay on Financing conclusion logically may have been attributed to the fact that the Exploitation Licence did not formally materialise until the 2nd Feb --with none of the senior debt providers prepared to conclude negotiations until then -then the usual harji barji with lawyers and documentation ?????? Hence the necessity for the ASX 14.7 Waiver extension , to the 31st March ????
But D Day is now very near > North Sound Capital and Frank Brewer , and the 20% (?) they together hold , won't be just sitting around waiting to see this fall apart ??????? North Sound in particular , who apparently had a poor year in 2006 , wouldn't be in any mood to see present Directors stuff up good Projects --either the encumbent Board cut the mustard , or else .???????
