"Cant they just restart black swan with 2 MOUs plus SS high grade
That would still be very profitable imho.
    WHY NOT?!"

Because it's simply currently unviable* at today's current int'l NP. Those MOUs aren't worth the paper they're written on (imo) unless and until a restart can be justified using our own ore. Put another way, any tolling is just a means to get our overall costs down, rather than being a profit centre in its own right.

Far better to drill some highly prospective targets at this juncture.

(*Excluding the benefit of any tolling, the current modeled FS AISC (in current adjusted AUD:USD terms) is in the neighbourhood of US$4.85/lb according to my calcs, which would translate into a theoretical (<-- keyword) of ~AU$10-11m total project net cash flow (cash profit)... for the entire modeled 3.1 year BS project as it currently stands. Basically, not worth committing to at this juncture. Furthermore, I suspect that actual costs might be materially higher, given the current economics of labour/equipment through Kalgoorlie atm. And if this thinking is remotely close to accurate, it wouldn't take much to wipe out those theoretical wafer thin cash profits.)
