    Any existing shareholder who participates in the SPP at 3.6c will be eligible to the free, 1 for 3, 6c options.
    If you do not participate in the SPP cash raising, then you waive your rights to the options.
    They are included as an extra incentive to invest. 6c is a bargain price to exercise at, if you can see where Pio is heading in the future..July 2018 is 2 years hence..
