"remote location" is a bit harsh. This area straddles the main road N-S and rail line N-S. It's close to townships, perhaps burgships, but it is about 500Km from a Southern port for gas, or a connection into the Moomba Gas line. People like APA would provide that service. Moomba has been existing in a similar location for decades with less road/rail infrastructure. I'm not comparing horses - just the access comments.Water might be an issue, as it has been discussed for Roxby, but how high is water on the essentials list, and what quality does it need to be?
