I own both Aussie and Superloop and also have started a thread on Superloop's page as genuinely interested in people's opinions and whether I have it wrong or the market has it wrong.
Aussie Broadband market cap is 872 million.
They own Symbio which we know is worth at least 243m (based on Superloops failed bid).
So remove Symbio and the market is valuing Aussie’s business at 629m. EBITDA 100m+ and growing. Product review 4.5 out of 8,606 ratings.
Superloop is valued at 737m. EBITDA 53m+ and growing. Product review 3.1 out of 1,137 ratings.
Oh and then there’s the fact Aussie own 12% of Superloop.
Doesn’t seem to make sense. Understand there is Origin transferring over but why would you buy Superloop over Aussie given the two valuations?
