Yes left and right wing, hotcopper being a capitalist forum you’d expect to be quite right leaning. Some on politics forums are reasonably hard left. Generally for me is shows up in so called human rights ie race issues, sexuality issues … mainly minority groups. They want a holistic society but try and do it with lots of different groups with vastly different ideals especially compared to general public and it doesn’t work,
The right often appears to be about the individual so they are also pushing their barrow, and it seems we are becoming more and more individualistic and that’s ending up with isolation and breakdown of society.
The right complains about lack of respect but they’ve contributed to is as much as the left.
So the hard left and hard right if they can be called that are both contributing to the demise of western society both pulling for what they think is right but it seems both are just leading us into fractured society it seems
it’s not just left and right but individual or collective mentality
