I think you'll find that most people who take up short positions in a stock are far less emotional about it than people who go long.

I suspect the majority of people who shorted FMG earlier in the year, changed to having a Long position at some stage.

A lot of them have started shorting again because of the obvious.

Here are some figures I put together Friday morning before the pull back.

"since the lows in JUne, RIO had increased 15.45%, BHP 9.64%, AGO 12.28%, MGX 10.45%, ARI 6.41%

but FMG's SP had increased 26.90%!"

All these figures have changed since then, but not the fact that FMG is doing better than its peers for no good reasons!
Failed to meet Guidance!
Lots of debt!
Low IO price!

That is simply not true!
I wouldn't consider myself particularly gifted!
If it is not obvious I stay right out of it!
I have made very good money both shorting and going long on FMG.
I suspect most traders do as it is usually fairly predictable!
Its also very easy to get in and out of FMG!

That is why it is such a good trading stock.
Does any one know of any other stocks which are this easy to trade?
