Hi everyone could someone please let me know what is happening...

Hi everyone could someone please let me know what is happening with this stock? I owned over 500000 shares back in 2009, shortly after they went into administration and disappeared off the ASX. Not one letter from the company ever came my way and now out of the blue I receive a Notice Of Meeting & Explanatory Notice for a AGM in March 2016?

I can see that have been reinstated on the ASX, when I don't know and more to the point how, ASIC is a joke.? I still don't have any of the 500000 shares showing in my portfolio, and whatever happened to Peter Boonen and who is this Peter Torney? Lots of questions and I thank anyone in advance who can shed light on this joke of a company?
