Mate ...consolidation was 10-1 that means if you held 1 Million shares they become 100K but the share price was adjusted by 10-1 too! Nett result - no change to your holding.
Now as to bonuses .... you get 1 head share for every 8 heads held PLUS 3 options for every 5 heads held....at a date yet to be declared!
