Most of the immigrant families I know have 6 or 7+ living in them!
and plus, sponsorship by a family is important too..
how many new immigrant families would be able to even consider purchasing a house here?
wat about immigrant families from third world countries? u think they have the money to purchase houses? (not the majority surely).. no, u come live with family.
