History is littered with examples like this. That is, companies selling for their specific reasons which may or may not have anything to do with the underlying business.
With respect to ABU being a success story. As at today it is not. Management are working towards making it a success story. They have definitely had a lot of wins along the road to success, but IMO, I would not call any exploration company a success story. IMO, it's more of a work in progress.
I believe that over the medium term (12 months out) that things are heading in a direction that will allow this company to shine and be a success story. Until then we patiently wait for management to work through the process.
Nothing moves in a straight line and I am sure there will be the odd hurdle/delay to manage, but I am confident that within 12 months ABM will be a company many will want to own.
