Confused

If the MC was 22 million pre CR (1 biilion shares at 2.2c) and then 1 billion shares becomes 2 billions shares, shouldn't the post share price be 1.1c (not 1.6c)?? I mean, a CR doesn't change the MC, just the number of shares outstanding and/or SP. Doesn't really matter, just wondering.

Another Q...anyone know about the actual organization of PYC?? What I thought, was that basically executives are housed in PYC offices, but at a location that is different from where the actual labs are, which are in the Telethon Children Institute, or which are actually not PYC labs, since their research staff are technically all outsourced. I actually heard that PYC technically only has like 6 employees, mostly executives, since all R&D is technically outsourced. Anyone know more??? IF true, I can't see how this is effective at all, and would seem that your supposed CEO and CSO are actually often not on site or not in face-2-face daily contact with the R&D folks. Apologies, just don't see how that could be effective, but that is just my opinion.

Hard to see or say much negative with the company at this point, since they just raised a great chunk of change, and now have the runway that they have long needed and hopefully do something productive and value-creating with it, since this is could be the last time. Kinda just a sit back and wait/watch position now.....

Maybe if there is an announcement of some kind then I will post again, but really not too much to discuss at this point gentlemen!
